FINALLY got a referral to physio. Had my first session on July 1st, and second last week. Going back this week because of being in pain last week.
Got some exercises to do in the pool as well, since learning to swim, I am now a lot more confident in the water, and that will hopefully decrease my pain and increase my fitness. Just need to be dedicated about going. The pool is 30km away until the local one opens later this year. I'm actually looking forward to that, as long as they open at times which are suitable, and more accessible to those who wish to use it for exercise/rehab/recovery and not have to fight for pool space with those who are playing.
I'm looking forward to it.
